  • DELIVERY INFORMATION

S.C. AS PIGMENTS BY ALINA S.R.L. will deliver the PRODUCTS within the terms mentioned on the ONLINE STORE for the ordered PRODUCT, on the date of ORDER generation or within a maximum of 30 days from the date the CUSTOMER generated the ORDER, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

If unable to fulfill the CONTRACT because the PRODUCT or service is not/ is no longer available, the COMPANY will inform the CUSTOMER about this unavailability, and the amounts paid by the CUSTOMER for the unavailable PRODUCT or service will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

In case the delivery terms cannot be met, S.C. AS PIGMENTS BY ALINA S.R.L will notify the CUSTOMER of the estimated delivery completion date.

If S.C. AS PIGMENTS BY ALINA S.R.L receives erroneous information regarding the billing or delivery of PRODUCTS, S.C. AS PIGMENTS BY ALINA S.R.L may refuse to honor the delivery without this being considered a CONTRACT breach or may set a new order fulfillment deadline.

AS Pigments' PRODUCTS can be delivered throughout Romania, using the delivery method and timeframe chosen by you when placing the order. After the package is shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding the new order status.

  • ORDER DISPATCH

For all orders placed from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 11:00, an attempt will be made to dispatch on the same day, except for legal holidays and Black Friday-type promotion periods.

Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or on legally free days will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. For more information, you can access the list of legal holidays here.

In rare cases (strong-impact promotions, Black Friday, unforeseen events), order processing may take longer due to a high volume of packages. However, an attempt is made to process confirmed orders within 3-16 working days, but in some cases, it may exceed 30 working days when the order volume is too high.

Order processing containing PRODUCTS whose stock was incorrectly reported by our e-commerce platform or those placed by users who could not be contacted by our sales advisors will be postponed until the situation is resolved.

  • SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

The transportation of ordered products on AS Pigments is done through partner express courier companies such as GLS/Cargus.

The standard delivery rate for orders in Romania is 19 lei for orders whose value is less than 320 lei.

Orders over 500 lei benefit from FREE TRANSPORT via GLS/Cargus only within the territory of Romania. International orders are delivered by DHL, and the transport cost is calculated in real-time by the DHL application. The transport cost for international orders differs from country to country and may also differ from region to region. For international orders, it is possible that the destination country may require payment of customs duties or VAT as per each country's policy. These fees must be paid by the buyer/recipient and are not included in the transport price. Note that in some countries, a company is needed for product import. Therefore, it is in the buyer's interest to inquire about the import policy. If the package is refused at customs by the buyer, S.C. AS PIGMENTS BY ALINA S.R.L will not refund the package cost, and it will not attempt to resend the package back to the buyer.

The delivery time is generally a maximum of 2-3 days from the moment of package dispatch in the localities covered by partner courier companies in Romania and a maximum of 10 days for localities outside the coverage area. These deadlines may be exceeded in certain cases, such as promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas discounts, Easter campaigns, etc.) or periods when roads are impassable (floods, heavy snowfalls, etc.).

Delivery of packages on weekends is NOT POSSIBLE.

Your package is stored for a maximum of 3 days for delivery by the Express Courier. If you do not pick up the package within this interval, it will be returned to our company. Note that when the package is scanned for delivery, the customer receives an SMS. If you are not available on that day, it is your obligation to reschedule the delivery. If you do not contact the courier and do not set another delivery date and time, the package will be returned to us.

As a restrictive measure for CUSTOMERS who do not pick up the ordered PRODUCTS, we reserve the right not to ship new orders without full prepayment.
